Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and secure the booking.

• The remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery of the output files.

• The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may request to reschedule the shoot at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed date.

• Requests made within less than 48 hours will be considered a cancellation, and the advance payment will be forfeited.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
   

3. Scope of Work

• The quotation includes:

  • Photographer/videographer service fee

  • Basic lighting equipment and available in-house backgrounds

• The quotation does NOT include:

  • Props, styling elements, or custom setups

  • Model charges

  • Makeup artists / stylists

  • Studio rental fees (if applicable)

  • Any special equipment rentals

    All additional requirements will be charged separately or must be arranged by the client.

4. Travel Charges

• Shoots within Dubai and Sharjah are covered.

• Locations outside Dubai and Sharjah (including other Emirates) will incur an additional AED 150 travel fee.
   

5. Delivery Timelines

• Events (Photo/Video): 3–4 business days

• Product / Food Photography: 8–12 business days

  Delivery timelines begin after the shoot date and may vary depending on project scope.

6.  File Formats & Delivery

• Photographs: Delivered in high-resolution JPEG format

• Videos: Delivered in MP4 format (Full HD – 1920x1080)

• RAW photos and unedited video footage will not be provided

• If 4K video is required, it must be requested prior to the shoot
   

7.  Video Editing & Music Policy

• Any music preferences must be shared before editing begins

• Videos are edited in sync with selected music

  If music is changed after editing:

• Re-editing will be required

• Additional charges will apply depending on complexity
   

8. Revisions Policy

• 2 revisions are included for video edits

• Additional revisions will be charged at AED 150 per change

• If revision requests are not made within 3 days of delivery,a reopening/editing fee of AED 200 will apply
   

9. Hybrid Photographer Disclaimer (Photo + Video by One Person)

• Hiring a single photographer for both photo and video coverage is budget-friendly but not recommended for events involving important or spontaneous moments

• By opting for a hybrid photographer:

  • The client acknowledges the risk of missing certain moments in either format

  • The client agrees that THINKID Media will not be held responsible for missed photo/video moments

• For best results, clients are encouraged to book separate photographer and videographer
   

10. Creative Control

• THINKID Media retains full creative control over shooting style, editing, and final output

• Deliverables will be consistent with the brand’s portfolio and quality standards
   

11. Copyright & Usage

• Clients are granted:

  • Unlimited usage rights for personal or business use (unless otherwise agreed)

• THINKID Media retains full copyright ownership of all images and videos

• THINKID Media reserves the right to use the content for:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Promotional purposes
     

12. Client Responsibility

• The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper permissions for shooting locations

  • Managing schedules, coordination, and subjects during the shoot

  • Providing clear direction if prioritization (photo vs video) is required
     

13. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming the booking and making the advance payment,
  the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
